About

The Lima Regional Information Technology Alliance (LRITA) was formed the Fall of 2008 to create a venue for IT Professionals to meet and share ideas. There is a wealth of knowledge available in the Lima Region, but opportunities to learn what is available and what each company does to overcome similar problems was lacking. We look forward to sharing and leveraging the expertise and knowledge available to the region to support and strengthen each individuals capabilities.

LRITA is organized as a nonprofit corporation under Chapter 1702 of the Ohio Revised Code, exclusively for charitable, educational and scientific purposes as defined within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as amended or corresponding provisions of any future United States Internal Revenue law. The LRITA is served by a board of elected members who is responsible for carrying out the vision and mission while following the constitution and bylaws. There are multiple committees tasked with carrying out the needs of LRITA. Elections of board members are held at the annual member conference by all full members.
