LRITA.org 2013 Tech Conference
The Lima Regional IT Alliance has again selected the Lima Veterans' Memorial Civic and Convention Center as the venue for the LRITA.org 2013 Tech Conference scheduled Thursday, April 18, 2013.
The LRITA.org 2013 Tech Conference planning committee invites you to join us along with our many presenters and our region's IT vendors for this premiere IT professional event. This is where we all come together in sharing the knowledge.
We have exceeded all expectations this year. We have put 25 presentations on the agenda including a keynote presentation and a Microsoft sponsored hands-on lab in the afternoon. The presenters are ready to share their knowledge on various information technologies across 5 tracks throughout the day. We've published the agenda and presentation details so that you can plan out your day and earmark all the great sessions that you're interested in attending.
As as just mentioned, new this year we’ve added a keynote presentation to the agenda prior to the provided luncheon. The keynote is titled “Preparing Your Organization for the Impacts of Cyberwarfare” and will be presented by Matthew Haschak, CISSP, who is the Director of IT Security and Infrastructure at Bowling Green State University. In addition to this role at BGSU, Matt is the founding President of the Toledo InfraGard Members Alliance and an appointee to the State of Ohio Council on Cybersecurity, Education and Economic Development. He has also participated in a study as a technical advisor for a National Institute of Justice funded grant that researched Information Security in Academic Institutions. We are excitedly looking forward to learning what Matt has to say in regards to cybersecurity and for ideas that we all might implement at our own organizations.
Doorprizes for Attendees! *must be present to win.
I need to mention as well that your registration includes breakfast, lunch, drinks, coffee, and snacks throughout the day with catering by The Old Barn Out Back.
So plan on coming on downtown and join together with your fellow IT professionals in a day where you can discuss and learn about the latest technologies. Register today!
We are looking forward to seeing you there again this year!
Best regards,
Jeffery Le Blanc
